10g Emersed Terrarium
I thought I'd share a few pics of a small 10 gallon that's underneath my 29g. Set it up with some extra ADA aquasoil. I'll post a nicer picture of it later, I've got to get the mist off the glass.

Here's a nicer picture. Everything is growing a lot faster since I increased the lighting from T5NO to T5HO. Overall, this tank does not really require any work at all except for a mist every day or so. In a few months it will look a lot nicer.

I put in a few different stem plants a week or so ago. They might need a while to transition, but hopefully they will do well.

That's red Nesaea. My anubias grows faster than it.

Here is a close-up on that Nesaea. I'll be adding more plants later this week, everything is growing some nice in here.

This is gorgeous! I hope the land half in my tank will look as nice.

Thanks. Watersprite is growing in the back, and the plant in the front is Rotala rotundifolia, both are growing pretty well. This has pretty much been my experiment emersed tank and it's doing all right. The moss is recovering from being killed by Excel, and a few plants are getting stunted, but everything else is doing pretty good. The best part is no algae (except some occasional BGA) and really no maintenance.

Are you dosing it or anything? That looks awesome!
I've never tried a terrarium but would like to give it a shot.

I've been dosing lightly, but the Pogostemon stellatus and the Alternanthera reineckii have been somewhat stunted, so I recently put in some Osmocote.
Terrariums are great and simple. They are definitely worth a try. |

Beautiful, as always. Great job. Keep an eye on the hydrocotyle in the front right, and keep it heavily trimmed. It will take over everything.
