Hi All: It has been quite awhile since I have visited thePlanted Tank forum.New format is great.Much easier to read and to navigate.
Using the U.S.Navy rating system I give this site a resounding 4.0

Welcome back. You got lucky. I just changed the board this afternoon, so you just caught the changes. As I am unfamiliar with navy ratings, what is the scale? What is 4.0 out of?

The U.S.Navy uses a rating system from 0. to 4.0
4.0 is the highest.Exemplary
I am retired U.S. Navy
