Re-aquascaped, needing fertilizing advice...

I've just replanted everything in my 10gal, so it will be a while before most of the plants get over the shock and settle down. It seems that everyone advises to wait until they are actually growing before fertilizing in any way... However, my very lagre Java Fern was not disturbed at all, and it's showing bad signs of defficiencies (mainly potassium I think). Click Here to see just how big this plant is.
Since the Java is undisturbed, should I maybe add at least some ferts, or should I wait just as long as if it were new to the tank?
None of the plants are new to the tank... but almost all have been replanted.

Thanks for any advice anyone can give me
And yes, I will be putting a background on.

Never mind, I've got it figured out.

I usually don't wait if I only re scape the tank (unless you change all the plants and substrate). I cut back on the dosage only.

OK, that's what I was planning on doing; dosing everything up to desired levels, but keeping in mind that they won't be using it up as fast as usual. Thanks for the reply

moving plants around in my tanks never seems to bother them, so I never put my dosing on hiatus.

My Java Fern... is actually pearly like CRAZY, so I'd say I can probably keep up with the dosing I never thought it would pearl this much...

If you think that java fern is huge you should see the one I am trying to get rid of. If I had the space I would keep it and and sell the numerous baby plants that are exploding from it's leaves.
