Are these tetra eggs?

Hey all, this is my first time posting, and admittedly a relative beginner. I'm just beginning to stock a new planted 110, and moved over two black phantom tetras from an old 29g. I noticed that they're courting a lot in the new tank, which they never really did in the smaller... then yesterday morning saw these on some of the plants... I tried to get good pictures, but this is the best... can anyone tell if they're tetra eggs?? Thanks in advance!

Thanks. They haven't been moving, and I've yet to see any snails in the tank. I'll just keep watching them.
