DIY inline reactor question

I have a simple question, how does one make sure that water doesn't go through the tube that is putting the CO2 in to the reacotr.

If I understand you correctly you put a check valve on the CO2 pressure line going to the inline reactor. This allows pressure to flow in one direction but when your bottle stops producing pressure it will not flow back to the bottle.

You can find the check valves in most LFS. Check around the tubing connectors and stuff. They are short, about .5inc long.
