problems with plants please help

For some reason my anacharis is not growing. I have a 20 gallon high tank that is 2 times taller than an average 10 gallon tank. The lighting is 1 watt per gallon, but it seems pretty bright. I dose iron and pottasium ferts. It just stopped growing for some reason. Also, my banana plant's leaves are melting. The temperature hovers at around 75 degrees fahrenheit. What could the problem be? Thanks for your help.

It's probably the 1watt lighting that's getting you while it looks bright to the
eye anything but the hardy low light plants will ether not grow or suffer.

You would probably be happier in the 2/2.5 range if your regularly dosing.
