Sorry Sorta New to freshwater been in saltwater for a while.But what is that grass looking plant on the bottom that covers the bottom I want it to cover up my gravel

I'm not sure what exactly you are referring to. Here's a quick list of plants that are used as foregrounds.

Grass-like
Echinodorus tenellus
Eleocharis acicularis
Lilaeopsis brasiliensis
Sagittaria subulata

Other foregrounds
Elatine triandra
Glossostigma elatinoides
Hemianthus callitrichoides
Marsilea sp.

I'm sure others could help add to this list.
