Help Im Getting 4ft tank tommorow

So what is a better choice i bought a oscar and tomorrow Imo getting a 4-ft tank what other fish can go with the oscar

But theres another problem i would like to have rainbow shark and clown loaches wich is a better choice

Oscars or Rainbow Shark And Clown Loaches

Clown loaches need pristine water, and should have a 6' tank. How many gallons is this 4' tank?

What about cycling the tank? You don't plan on setting up the 4' tank and adding tankmates today do you?
