I think I read somewhere that I should have like 50 bunches to start the cycling while avoiding an algea bloom and start right away with the CO2, high light, and fertilizers.
How's that going? If you're ready for more yet, let me know. I've got several things that need trimming in my 46g... (C. wendtii - bronze, HM, Bacopa) as well as some Java moss from my 20T.

Squawkbert,

There was never any follow thru, I haven't gotten any plants yet. And I haven't pursued it because I always need something extra to get the whole system going. Last week I needed teflon tape to stop a co2 leak. I got that, but now my Rena loses its prime, I figured out that my O ring was bad. So now I have one on order. And I also think my diy drop checker 4dkh is not quite accurate because the solution is yellow even when my CO2 hasn't been on for 24 hours. So that is on order too. But I should get everything I need by Wednesday.

So I am ready for plants!! Who can help me out? I need 50-60 bunches I think.

Yeah we need to do something. Things have been crazy for me (as usual), working 55-60 hours a week leaves little time to do other things. I would be happy to have a meeting at my home if someone wants to throw out a date?

Sundays are ok, but not that one. Maybe we should plan it farther out so we have more time to get more people, and figure out what people have to trade?

Nice, you also joined my favorite planted tank site too. Hopefully we can get something going. I know it seems like there has been allot of talking but believe me I want nothing more then to have a plant party!

We have never met collectively as a group. I don't have enough organizational skills or time to get the logistics correct.
