Onyx Sand?


I have seen a bag of this stuff at my lfs and I was wondering if this works good in planted tanks? Has any one here tried it? Has it worked? If its not good for a planted tank.... why?

lol nah I dont know much about plants, I just know that sand isnt a good substrate for them. Well ok i know a good bit about them but its late. LOL

Ok thanks. I knew u were trying to get me to spend more dough. I'm cheap. U know that. I will be goin with the onyx sand instead of the eco-complete.
