Emerald cat with white patches and barbel area...

I have three Emerald cats (Brochis splendens) in my 72 gal. One has developed white patches on his body and his barbal area has gone completely white too. This has happened in the last few days it seems. He seems fine, active, feeding, etc. but clearly something is wrong. The other two I have are fine. I've had them for over a year now and they've been great. My first thought is bacteria infection of some sort? Anyone have any thoughts? How to treat? Thanks.
