Just call around at Welding Supply stores. After reading your post, I just searched for "Welding Supply" on www.infospace.com and found a bunch of stores near me (Gulfport, MS). First store had a 5lb cyl for $59.50 (full), second one was $68.50 (full) and I hit the jackpot on the third one. $35 for a full 5 lb CO2 cylinder. Not freakin bad! He's got to order it, but he'll have it by Tuesday. I can't wait!!

Also call the fire extinguisher places. They normally fill while you wait and most of the time they charge less for a fill.
