10g Scape: Anubias & Fp. nigerianus UPDATED after 2 years

My newest scape, hopefully it turns out like it does in my head.

In the rocks is Fissidens, Christmas moss, and Anubias nana. On the driftwood are small starts of Windelov Java Fern which I'm hoping will grow in and give it a bonsai look.

That is a great start! I want to see this one when it grows out.

Time for the 2 year update LOL

I got back into Fundulopanchax species last year and this tank now houses my Fp. nigerianus Misaje

Still a very low tech tank with just a HOB filter and stock 18w fixture...guess that's why the Anubias has taken this long to grow...

Looks great! Those fundulopanchax are awesome, and the anubias looks fantastic.

Been doing a lot of DiY LED for other tanks, and it looks like this one is going to get 4 Cree XP-G Cool Whites ran by a 350mA driver to keep the lighting low but bright enough to grow the Anubias. Stay tuned...

In hindsight I should have gone 2 cool whites and 2 neutral whites so I'll probably fix that when I put my order in for more LEDs to do the reef tank. So far so good, and the Anubias is already sprouting out from a recent trim.
