ordered by preference
New York Eastern, Queens
The last two shops are within 6 minutes apart by car so you can stop by both if time permits.

If any one is still interested in Microctenopoma ansorgii Brooklyn Zoo & Aquarium donated a pair to the BAS auction last night, so it's possible they still have some in stock.

Those guys are only a few dollars at chain stores like petco/petsmart. At least theyre staples at our store.... $9 is quite a bit.

Dont get them from Fishtown. I always see dead ones floating each time i visit and they restock each week which is sort of bad sign if you ask me. Ive heard horror stories of low survival rate. The ones i originally purchased from there during their $1 sale passed away a week later and the rest shortly afterwards. the new batch i have from win have 99% survival. they have also been in the store for several weeks so you know they are quanantined by now.
Quote:
i typically pay about $3 for a platy. I only have red ones at the moment but I'm entering my Blue phase at the moment. Do you have any blue platy in stock? Only place that has them in stock is on fresh pond road in queens.

Anyone see BN plecos for sale in NYC?? I went to Royal yesterday, and they had some, but they were "hi-fin" and they wanted $16 for each.
BTW Royal had some rummies for $2 each, CRS for $7, RCS for $3 |

If you want some albino fry, Ill sell you them for $1 : P
Albert- we got in some blue platies ONCE.. we only have the ones with the black markings on the tail- what youre looking for is called a neon blue platy. According to petco tags anyway. |

A few amanos for $2.50 at Aquastar, a handful more at 123 aquarium for $4.
Win had what I think are Rasbora Hengeli mislabeled as Harlequins. They looked like Espei but were the size of normal Harlequins.

Polka Dot Loaches 3/$20 at Pacific
Pork Chop Rasboras at Win, don't remember the price. Pacific's packing list for today's shipping indicated they would get Chili Rasboras (Boras Brigattae) in their shipment. Anyone want to go tomorrow and corroborate this?
