It wasn't the neon tetra that got in the bag, I don't know what kind of tetra it is, I'll take a picture when I get home tonight. The neon tetra you saw was one of mine and he got too close to the bag so he looked like he was in there, LOL

Adult angels man, at 3-5 of them
I could care less about if they are breeding or a pair or whatnot, just need to be a decent size (and if you could mention the color that'd be nice too, ballpark of price as well)

add some dark purple mystery snails to that to, but I'd love to know more about the angels lol

I saw Lameyes about two weeks ago, forgot it was at Pacific or Northern aquarium in Flushing.

Pacific had Norman's lampeyes & Apistogramma macmasteri a week or so ago. I'd be careful with the lampeyes ,though -they seem to be very prone to Pleistophora.

I just stopped by http://paradiseaquarium.com/ its on fresh pond road in ridgewood
queens . they got a few adult marble angels , and some sub-adults .

From more exotic fish they had a trio of Pachypanchax playfairi aka yellow panchax ... interesting fish , but they are big jumpers so the tank can not be open type.

No, just the lampeyes. I've bought them from Win, Pacific & Royal Aqua World, & they all died from Pleistophora sooner or later, & passed the disease on to my other killies. If you buy them at Pacific, make sure none of the lampeyes has opaque white patches on their bodies. I'd recommend quarantine, but symptoms can show up weeks or months later. On the other hand a large school looks awesome & the fry can grow up alongside their parents.

I can vouch for the Lampeyes, I think two got sucked into my canister, but the remaining four are fairly robust and healthy. Just have a close look at them.

So I was on my way to Petco today at Union Square, but I thought I'd look around the green market before stepping in. One of the farms that sells potted herbs had creeping jenny (lysimachia nummularia 'aurea').

I've been wanting to try this one! Only $4 per plant. The name of the farm is Caradonna. They had about 5 plants left.

I'm going out to Franks Aquarium on Saturday to pick up some Iriani Neon Red Rainbows.
I'll let you all know how that is. He has some interesting fish and is willing to order by request.

Pacific got a massive shipment of Rosewood. Not my cup of tea, but nice if you want some lightly colored and stringy wood

Hi Furnfins, while visiting frank would you mind taking a look at the Whiteback shrimp (Caridina Sp.) for me and see how they look. size/color/etc... wondering if the photo on the website does them justice. Thanks in advance!
