LFS New York City update... BETA 1.0

Anyone see any stores carrying ADA Aquasoil Amazonia, or is it something I have to order online like all other ADA products.

Haven't seen them offered at any stores in NYC, you'll have to order online.

Stopped by Pet Warehouse. Their next freshwater shipment will be Thursday...
had a few interesting stem plants other than the usual anubias and anacharis.

Its German Blue ram if the substrate is light color they dont show off their color,

I've been to Aqua Hut and Magic Isle. Aqua Hut has some really good livestock. I think some of the best on the island. And really cheap too. I remember seeing Roselines there for $9. They also sell shrimp from time to time. They don't have too many plants though. Also their supplies are really cheap (almost comparable to online prices before shipping). Magic Isle is a bit pricey but they are worth checking out from time to time since they often carry some interesting livestock. I used to go there all the time when I went to Stony Brook.

I go to magic isle whenever i'm at my parent's house. I like their stock, but the prices can be a little high. I do find little surprises there every so often.

Aqua Hut is 10 mins from my parents house. They have an indoor pond with some huge fish, i think arapaema (sp?). My uncle gave them his bumble bee goby, if you go you can still see it. its friggin HUGE. Don't remember much on the stock though. I will probably go this weekend, and can provide an update.

Huh? Aqua Hut doesn't have an indoor pond. I think you're confusing Aqua Hut with Country Critters. If you head south on 112 pass the Sunrise Highway , you will eventually reach it.

You're right. I've asked at least twice over the years, but no deal.
