Snails and clown loaches

Ok, so I love loaches, all different type but in paticular clown loaches. I also think some large snails are cool. So my question is, are there any type of snails I can keep with my clown loach, maybe some larger types, preferbly ones that do not eat plants? Also I was wanting some Malaysian snails to dig around in my substrate to help it out, but I imagine clown loaches eat them pretty quickly? What if I was to add alot of them? I could get a 100 off ebay and dump them in my tank and then hopfully there will be enough for them to breed and be eaten and still have more. What do you think? BTW Malaysians don't eat palnts do they? If so I couldn't do what I just said.

My tank used to be overrun with snails. That's why I got clown loaches in the first place. And now? I couldn't keep a snail if I wanted to. They'll eat every single snail in the tank, including all their eggs.

I got an apple snail one time (not knowing that it would eat plants), and two of my clown loaches, both much smaller than that snail, ganged up on it and killed it.

So I would say the only way you could keep snails would be if you bred them in another tank and added them periodically. They won't last long with the loaches there.

I had one loach with some ramshorn snails, the ramshorn were in the tank first so there were a couple big ones. The clown loach definitley kept the snail population in check but it left the big ones alone.

While balancing on a piece of wood, two inches by four inches known as a 2x4, John and his friend Sally both spotted a dalmatian inside of a truck with sirens. The animal with John and Sally is a _ _ _?
