I know someone post the address of a welding place in the city. Does anybody knows where to refill co2 in Manhattan?

They don't refill the tank. Refills are illegal in Manhattan. You just swap for a full tank.

Do you know a place in Brooklyn where I can refill instead of swap? Or is it better to swap?
