What would you do?
I have a 26G bow front tank, 24x15x21. What type of lighting would you use for a tank that will grow almost anything? I have CO2. I'm looking in the under $150 range, I would like closer to $100. I have looked at post after post for the last week and am soooo... tired. Please, any and all input would be greatly appreciated.

if you don't want to send all that much, this might work for you.

T5HO all the way. A 2x24w fixture would suit your tank just fine. Which specific fixture of course depends on your budget and preference. I use Current-USA fixtures and love them. My friend has the Hagen Glo fixture which is very nice. I haven't seen a Catalina but many people here on the forum have them and are quite pleased with them.

Ok, I've looked at those suggestions. With T5HO lighting I can grow high intensity light plant, even red ones, with a 26G that has 1.8 LPG? T5HO is that much more impressive than CF? I am considering the Catalina, Hagen (which I looked at before cause' they look really good!), and this one

Is what I use on all 20ish of my tanks! They are incredible. I have been able to grow all sorts of plants with them and they are way cheap. They are also low profile. Look at my 75P thread and notice the hanging lights above the tank. Those are the lights I am using! The hanging light bulbs that I used in that hanging fixture are (in order) 6700K 10000K 6700K 6700K 10000K 6700K It works great. I wish I had 1 or 2 10000K though just to brighten it up a bit.
