4pm Sunday the 22nd is great for me. And FWIW, I'll trim the Hornwort in my tank and bring a batch, if nobody wants to trade it will be a giveaway to whomever wants some. I can't easily fit more plants in my tank at this time anyway...

OK I just called Bass Pro Shops and a manager is supposed to be calling me back. They have a "Seminar Room" that we may be able to book. I'll keep y'all posted!

Aww Biscuit- you could always make a road trip of it and kidnap a few other people along the way!

Do you guys want to go ahead and post to some of the LFSs in town, or wait till after our first meeting and get a little more organzied first? I've already posted this over on TFH- we might have a friend of mine from over there making the trip down from Tampa, if it works into his schedule...

And do you want to make this a "planted" club exclusively, or "freshwater" in general, or even broader than that?

You know it's funny you say that Estero! I have just collected an ABUNDANCE of Salvina, duckweed, watersprite?, Rush, and Bloody Dock. Oh also 3 Pygmy livebearers(in their own QT tank), 1 crayfish, 2 Sunfish, and 1 prego gambusia.

i'll see if I can get my parents to go. My mom is BIG time into the hobby as I am, BUT, not so much to be around people!! LOL. We are kinda anti-social and kinda freak out when a bunch of people are around us we don't know.
