new empty tank? awsom ideas on aquascaping
im getting a clearseal tank tomorow with an over head light which is 24W and glass to catch the condensation (catch ahaha lol)
so im having white sand and i have a peice of drift wood which will be taken from another tank the tank is 24" long and is 15 ish us gallons what should i put in there? and any photos will help me quite an open question but yeh pics help guys thanksss

you should find out exactly how many gallons it is, you can find converters on google really easily.
There are all sorts of cool aquascapes that you could design. You should go to your LFS or petco or wherever you go and find some really cool rocks or driftwood, and start working your scape around those. My personal favorite plants are vals, p. gayi, stargrass, and ludwigia repens. Maybe use some of those along with echinodorus tenellus for a foreground to set yourself off. also make sure to buy a good substrate, get ADA aquasoil if you have the means.

As for the tank you can grow anything under a 24w t5. You may even find you need co2, I've ran my tank to rid algae with a single 24w and still kept hc and hairgrass. |
