is eco complete and this Caribsea Amazon Freshwater natural substrate the same thing? just a different color?

The gravel in your link looks like plain old tan / light brown gravel to me. Natural, not expoy coated, but looks nothing like Eco Complete or Flourite.

its made by carib sea and its under substrate.

SORRY! i looked it up at the carib sea website and found that it is just a gravel.
