Preferrably North Bay area

Only two LFS in the whole county (not counting Petco-Smart)

Thx!

I don't know about the North Bay, but if you're up for a trip across the Richmond bridge, Albany Aquarium in Berkeley usually has both Amanos and cherry reds. Their prices can be a little high, although for shrimp, they seem to be about in the mainstream. The great thing is that they quarantine all of their fish, so you don't have to worry about the quality. Also, they have great plants -- all the varieties that you read about but can't find elsewhere, even online.

Thanks Fishwife!
That's cool! I go to 99 ranch market in Richmond every other week, so I will check it out next time I do my grocery shopping.

PS: Northbay grocery stores & LFS suck!
