White Gloss Paint

What are your views on this as a reflector ?
I can't fit reflectors on all 4 of my bulbs so 2 have them, and the other 2 are being reflected by white paint under the hood. Should I try to get something more shiny or is this good enough ?

IMO, it's good enough if you can't get the real good reflector fit. You could do a google search on reflector material and you could see that white paint is actually ranks higher than aluminium foil.

Yep, I had gloss paint in my canopy for a while, but then added 4 reflectors. THey did make a difference, but it wasn't an incredible difference.

Oh good. I'll stick with it then.
I didn't notice much of a difference when I added the 2 newest bulbs, but maybe that's because they are both pink bulbs (under the white paint) and the others are whiter (with reflectors).
