4.3 cube low tech mosswall

Hey all im new here just thought i'd post up my new nano.Im new to plants too so this will be fun.

nice start looks like your going low tech. 4.3 gal is yours a 10" cube? I do see two neons in there maybe a smaller fish would give you a better scale.

Yeah the neons are going very soon,i work at a place i can bring them back and its only 2.

Looks like an excellent start. Do give back those neons. They need a larger group to be happy and a much larger aquarium.

Where did you get the black screen for the moss wall? All I can ever find is white.

The screen is from a craft super store called micheals not sure if its a canadian store or not but they have it...

I work at a wholesalers so the neons can go back anytime,i acually saved these 2 from sure death.

I have access to any fish there is what do u think could go in here?I have a red halfmoon betta that was living in there for a while,but i was thinking maybe galaxy rasboras or just crs if its really too small for fish?

i usually have no fish in my nano reefs so im used to that.
This was my last nano,a mostly carribean algea and invert tank.

Thanks. We have a Micheals here as well. I'll check there.

I would say put some shrimp in there, but then again some fish might be cool too. It's a nice scape though, either way.

I like your reef nano as well.

In the first pictures, I think you have a dead neon stuck to the intake

What do you plan on doing for the foreground. Either way, it'll look great when filler in. Also, I'd go with a nice grade crs like an A or S which should really pop in the tank. Good Luck!

How do you affix the wall to the tank it is so flush? Looks Great!!

Bad me! I didnt notice the neon till after. Im not sure about the forground but im open to suggestions? Would HC or dwarf HG be ok under only 18 watts? I could add C02 if i needed to?
