Hc or Glosso

hi
will i have enough high for my 30 gallon tank(36 x 12 x 18). i have 96 watts of Coralife (cf i think) lamp with a 6700k lgith bulb. its open top so light can penetrate through easier. i want a HC or Glosso foreground when i rescape and im gonna have ferts and Pressurized co2 by then....

i had a 29 gallon with 110 watts and good(ahsupply.com) reflectors and open top about 5 inches off the water. I used decent ferts and a decent yeast co2 system. I got pretty good glosso growth but i did need to push it down sometimes to keep it from growing up.
