Nymphaea daubenyana

I am finally in the process of setting up my first planted tank. It's going to be a low light low tech tank. I wanted some red for contrast and came across the Nymphaea daubenyana. I'm having some trouble finding it for sale anywhere, i've read that it's rare but usually you can find someone selling rare items.

Does anyone know where I might be able to find this cool littel plant?
