I keep these in a grow out tank tank, does any body else have them?

Those are the same as 'Porto Velho'? I will be getting some Hygro 'Porto Velho' this coming weekend but they need some TLC. I will post some pictures up once I picked them up.

Your Hygro looks great by the way.

I've got 'em.

Nah, they're a bit different than Porto Velho. The stems are reddish and very furry and the leaves are more krinkled.

If you have good lighting they will turn a nice purple kinda color..

Im trying to grow lots of it for the new tank, hopefully I can get it to take in mineralized soil substrate..

Not the same, the leaves put on some color and stems are fuzzy. Also the leaves have this crinkled look to them..

Orlando, I have it growing in Aquasoil. Both with CO2 and non-CO2 injected tank. The growth is almost similar.

It will, the soil is not going to be the issue if it does'nt anyway.

I got this a few months back as a hitchhiker from jazzylvr. It was about ½" leaf with a tiny root I knew I never saw it before so I kept it and it turned into a really big bush but I ended up throwing it out because I needed the space and it's not my kinda plant. It does get a nice purplish tint to the leaves if stressed as well and it grew well in SMS.
