As you folks may have read... I purchased 75 cards from Boxfish about a week ago. I had mixed results as I had about a 15-20% loss (10% to much). They seemed to have settled with no losses for a couple of days. That being said I decided to give this store my second order as I know he gets his stock from a farm in Apollo beach with delivery on the same day I was concerned about the price as he called into the farm for availability, I told him that I could get cards for .87 ea and rummy nose for .95 from boxfish and he didn't even blink at it.... he said the farms had em and he would charge me .10 over what I could get them from Boxfish for . He said they would be delivered the next day. (his orders are trucked in on Tuesday) I called on Tuesday and he said they where in and ready for P/U (1030am). The quality is very good Size was "jumbo" for both species and not one DOA. I bought 75 Cards and 50 Rummy Nose for $134 or $1.07 per fish after acclimation the rummies are blood read and the schools are incredible for both species... Anyway he has a nice little store and he has been in the business for quite a few years and I would certainly do business again and if anyone is in the area you may want to pop in and say hello...

Nice enough guy, but the freshwater tanks need work. I feel dirty just walking down that aisle, to be honest.

Yea I agree, Thats lack of housekeeping.... I feel the same way at 9 out of 10 stores in the area... Thats why I ordered direct from the farms. Didn't really trust what he had in his or anybody Else's tanks for that matter... that being said I doubt you can get pet store chains to order your livestock @ just above cost... and don't have to pay shipping with delivery on the same day they bag em Thats what I was looking for....an in on wholesale livestock without touching pet stores H20.
