Im using it on a 20 gallon long, you guessed it, turtle tank. oh and there are several generations of convicts born in there. theres about 20 in there now that are going straight to the LFS in a about a week. I love this filter, I plan on continuimg using it when i convert this tank to planted. The spray bar is really cool.

I was looking at that filter, it has a low flow rate, but it looks like it could do the job in a small aquarium without being an eyesore. Oh it's pretty inexpensive too. I'd like to hear more about it. :?:

I don't have a link, I just saw the filter in PetsMart. (Note it is not PetSmart)

It has a huge compartment to put bio media/carbon pack in. What i did was added more ceramic rings. i think the flow rate would be good for anything up to 30 gal. When the filter tubes and spray bar are clean the water comes out at a fairly good rate, enough to provide good water flow without blasting anything.

One drawback that i see is that the filter has to be almost even with the tank bottom. I think that if you have it lower the motor would not be strong enough to pull the water, or it would burn up. Right now i have mine sitting on a little shelf I built on the back of stand.
