hmmm...i'm not a mechanical whiz, but does anyone else think the rest of the regulator could've been damaged by the drop?

what about telling the place you ordered from that it arrived broken, and ship back for a replacement?

Where did you get it?

I got mine from Custom Aquatic with a broken bubble counter and they shipped me a new one ASAP.

Try contacting Milwaukee directly: milwaukee@vol.com
or call: 1.877.283.7837

My experiences with customer service at Milwaukee have always been positive!

Mike

In case you haven't noticed you canrun the milwaukee without the bubble counter. Just take the compression nut off the bubble counter and screw it directly into the needle valve. It's a perfect fit with a hose barb and all. At least mine's that way  . A temporary fix to keep the co2 going till you get a new bubble counter. You can actually run it without the bubble counter that way.

wow thanks for all the suggestions. I like this plant tank forum better than the one I used to go to. I got my regulator from aquabotanic.com. I guess Im going to use the co2 system without the bubble counter until I can locate a replacement .
