i need a Q tank. i added 10 cardinals now they all seem to have attained 2 - 3 llittle white spots. any advice on treatments anybody?

Try not to use any chemicals, it will affect your plants. If you can, raise the temp above 30 degrees for five to seven days may kill the white spot. I always try and keep my temp over 28 degrees C for this very reason.
Setting up a quarantine tank is no help here because the white spot is in the primary tank. You may need to treat the whole tank if the heat treatment does not work. Some pics would be useful so that an accurate id can be made prior to commencement. Paul
