fluval chi light replacement

title says it all and I'm looking to grow some HC or dwarf hairgrass. I'm seeing some members using two finnex refuge light and was wondering if I can get away with just 1. other recommendations are welcomed. obviously I will be doing co2. The substrate will be a thin layer of miracle grow topped off with economy complete black substrate
