You should be able to get them at any lbs as T5 is a standard and if not specific to that fixture alone

The way T5 light bulbs are hooked to the fixture is by loose wires ending in a cap
which fits the bulb. T8 bulbs fit into a slot. They need to be fairly exact.
The OEM bulbs that came/w my T5 fixture were 17.25" (for a 20" fxture) but each
brand of replacement bulb has been a measurement other than that but just a bit less
in length.

As far as I know, t5 come in standard sizes to fit standard fixtures, like 24", 36", 48", etc. You can also tell he size of the bulb by it's wattage, like 54w is a 48" t5ho bulb.

Look at your bulbs, there should be a brand and wattage printed on one end.

I find that drsforrestsmith com have a good selection and prices. Any online retailer or LFS.
