what is this beast?

What sort of beast is this algae and how on earth do I get rid of it. Nitrates are somewhere between 5-10ppm and Phosphates are at .2mg/l
PH 6.5 and KH 3degrees. Lights are currently at 2.6 watts per gallon, but new metal halides arrive this week. Tank is fully planted out with plenty of stem plants.

Help me if you can.

Hard to say what that is. Could be new BBH growth or mowed down BBH growth. Or something entirely different. Are the plants growing prolifically? 2.6wpg on a 90g isn't bad at all. Phosphates might be a bit low.

Plants are growing like mad, although since I recalibrated the ph probe the swords have been a bit slow.

As for phosphates, I could feed a bit more live food this might increase the phosphates.

Is it all over your tank or just that one plant. I assume you are using C02. If you your new lights should fix your prob

Yes over quite a lot of plants, New lights are metal halides so am hoping that this will knock it out with increase plant growth.

On a side note your C02 is a tad in the red. I would turn it down a bit until you get a steady pH reading around 6.7. That is not your algae prob though.
