maybe i have spelt that wrong, but anyway, i baught 2 today and ive noticed them rubbing against each other the darkest doing the 'rubbing'

they must have done somthing... today the one that changed colour has returned to a dark brown...

Hi there
I have these fish as well and I really love them!!!! Unfortunately I have never seen them mate. I put 3 in the tank a few years ago in January this year I had to break the tank down. After the breakdown I had about 20!!! I never saw more than 2 at a time. My tank is heavily planted and you never see the bottom dwellers especially these guys. I am sure you will find information on their breeding behaviour on the net somewhere. Enjoy them they keep the floor of the tank clean. Morpheus |
