Low Tech= no co2...except for random excel usage as an algae killer, no more than weekly dosing, lower lighting

Mid Tech= regular usage of excel or DIY co2, regular dosing, moderate lighting, greater concentration on maintaining a "scape"

High Tech= pressurized CO2, EI dosing or similar, focused on maintaining a "scape" more so than on fish keeping, high or higher moderate lighting.
