King aquarium has a good selection, but I wouldn't really recommend them. I personally would rather save a petco/petsmart betta.

I would go to King, they have a good selection -- over priced as hell, but good selection.
I haven't found another place with decent looking bettas since King.

Seascapes in Mountain View has a good selection of healthy bettas. Wide variety of colors and 'types' (Delta, half-moon, etc).

I have a pair of locally bred halfmoon bettas I'm looking to rehome. Male is green, female is blue. I got them from a SFAS auction. PM me for a local pickup if you're interested.
