CO2 stuff in Pittsburgh
Hi, I'm looking to upgrade to pressurized CO2. Would anyone know where to get a CO2 cylinder in Pittsburgh? Preferably around Oakland? Thanks.

If you haven't gone across the river to A and B Oddball Pets and Aquatics in Baldwin (about 5 minutes South from the South Side and the UPMC Sports Complex) you should check it out. The manager Tim there is a plant geek and has mentioned a place before that I can't recall the exact name, but he likely can help you out. I can tell you a couple places out East in Greensburg if you like

Yeah, I've been there a couple times, I'll have to ask him next time I go there. Thanks!

I got my cylinder and CO2 at West Penn LACO Inc (they are near Dormont).
Just look up "Welding Supply" in the yellow pages and find a place. Most pittsburgh companies know what we use them for and are friendly. Pick up your regulator and accessories from Rex Grigg http://www.bestaquariumregulator.com/ |
