Tropica Aqua Care +
I am currently using Tropica Aqua Care to supply my trace nutrients and also using Flourish products to supply macro's like nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus. Tropica now has this product http://www.tropica.com/article.asp?type=news&id=687 that has trace nutrients combined with nitrogen and phosphorus. Does anyone use this product and do you think it supply's enough nitrogen and phosphorus to stop using the Flourish products. I would love to stream line the whole fertilizer process if possible.

I've used it exclusively in these tanks. You can see a 500ml bottle of it in my 33 gal. cabinet.
2.5 gal. ![]() 33 gal. ![]() It works very well IME. However I do have hard tap water loaded with NO3 and PO4 so my plants get a lot of nutrients from that too. I prefer to dose small qtys. daily, rather than follow Tropica's instructions. HTH. |

Thanks for post George. I was starting to wonder if anyone had ever seen that stuff. I guess I am going to give it a try because I too have very hard water. I like the regular Tropica Master Grow a lot so hopefully the Tropica Plus will also be good. By the way both of your tanks are awesome. Nice job. |
