Do Ghost Shrimp eat it, maybe Singapore Wood Shrimp? I know Daphina does, but they're going to get eaten by everything in the tank!

About the only thing you'll find that actually feeds on Green Water are microscopic plankton like Daphnia or infusoria. You could try quarantining a section of the tank (free of fish) just to harbor the Daphnia, but there are easier ways to deal with green water.
