FS: 24" 4x24W Dimmable SunPower T5 High-Output Fixture w/ Controller

This is by far the best lighting fixture that I've ever used; it's the Ferrari of lighting fixtures. I paid $560 for the whole set up back in February but used it maybe half that time due to a move. Functions perfectly and comes with 4 bulbs (2 Midday Sun and 2 AquaFlora). This is a bit too much light for me since I am growing mainly crypts. What's so special about this light is that it has two channels which can be controlled in terms of the intensity. You can set it so it slowly builds up from 0% all the way to 100% by a certain time and then have it build down which mimics sunrise/sunset. If you have been having algae issues then this is your answer. If you get algae just lower the intensity by a few % until you get it just right. This was a perfect light for my 60-P. TomBarr (plantbrain) uses the same exact light but the larger version. The fan on the top is 100% silent...you literally cannot hear it run. Not in a rush to sell it since I'm still trying to convince myself that I'll use it somewhere down the road. This comes with the hanging kit and still has the warranty. Purchased at ReefGeek.com.

PRICE $350

Here is a quick description about the fixture plus some pics of mine:

Awesome light. Wish it was a 36" and I'd be all over it. I'm about to buy an apex controller to handle the sunrise/sunset control for my LED light. Pretty sweet that it's all built in here.

Good luck with sale!

Thanks. Yeah this is a great light, I'm running it on a 36 x 36 inch cube right now.

When I had it on a 60P I would run it at about 28% capacity.

Good luck with the controller, it's one of the greatest things you can add. If you get algae just keep dialing it down a few notches. That's what I did with this light.

What kinda par does it give in that cube? I have a 46 gallon bow that's 21" deep.

I have the light hanging pretty high over the 75 gallon cube and at the moment I am getting 50 par in the center and around 25 on the edges. The fixture is 32 inches from the substrate but you can adjust the height with one click on the hanging kit (takes 2 seconds to play around with the height).

The buyer will also receive the long metal rods which are curved at the to so you can hang the light.

On a side note....my parents live in Kearny NJ so I frequent NJ at least once every two weeks.
