thinking about a clown pleco

The tank is a 29... Corydoras trilineatus(sp) and Otocinclus species with cherry shrimp and a bamboo shrimp... Tons of driftwood, okay flow... Will a clown shred moss off my driftwood or only clean his/her area?

Nope should be fine. About 80% of their diet is driftwood, there not like the other plecos when it comes ty eating algae. They will eat it but prefer wood.

i love seeing an upside down hanging fish look at you back in the tank

The clown would make a great addition to your sized tank.

clowns are beautiful and when you see them you are quickly reminded of grief with them is that you rarely get to see their beauty. If you're looking for something to help with algae though don't get a clown
