Ohko stone ridge line

Hey everyone!

Just working around on my 7.5 gal cube. I plan on starting up my DSM tomorrow and after screwing around with my ohko stones I am thinking I found a winning outline but am curious on input.

I'm gonna start with hc and dhg Belem I have from my tub. Still unsure if i should go just dhg Belem or the combo since my 4g is prodominantly hc. I will add more stems in here but to base the of the carpet. Thoughts? Was thinking dhg in the back along the ridge in the rocks and hc in the larger front open area and let them kind of mingle along the ridge.

Or play with some sand in there?

Also I will be doubling the substrate with another 3l but of AS powder type

I think you need more height. dhg can grow 2inches (given the right conditions) and may cover most of the ridge. bigger rocks and/or more soil to build up the back would be my recommendation.

Sadly these are all the stones I have to work with. The Belem I have in my emersed tub at its highest would cover the front ridge but it curls back down so that's why I was thinking of doing just the dhg in the back on the upper tier. Also doubling the substrate amount this was just the test
