Ive been to 7 fish stores and wasted $30 on fake saes.

My plants in this last week have grown more then I can believe, such as growing half a foot in 4 days. My anubius leafs grow from a shoot to a full adult leaf in 3 to 4 days.

BUT THE PROBLEM ISSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSs
ALGAE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1)I have dark green hair algae on my anibus leafs on my driftwood.
2)Have brown bread or fluffy brown algae on java moss
3)Starting to get some long green strings of algae on my sword type of plant

So my question is....
How to get rid of algae
Ive worked and spent so hard to get my plants finally growing nicely... now algae is starting to build up

You gave such a comprehensive summary of your tank specifications and then I still have to ask you one more thing, haha. PO4? With moderate levels of Nitrate like yours (~5ppm), if your PO4 is around 0.5ppm, you should have little trouble eliminating that algae growth.
Remove as much of it as you can by hand, get the nutrients in line, find some real SAE's, and the algae will diminish. I couldn't find any other way to get rid of that black brush algae other than SAE's. I also had a hard time finding them in my LFS's so I called the wholesaler's directly and referred my LFS's to them.
If you were in the US, I could refer you to the wholesalers but you're going to have to find one in Australia.
