CPD wasting away

One of my CPDs seems to be wasting away, it's like his stomach has become concave and the overall body shape looks very strange. It also seems like it won't eat, it will come up to the food like it's checking it out then it will swim away.
I feel like this happened a few months ago to another one of my CPDs that ending up dying not long after. Please help!

Bummer I've got 15 CPD in QT right now myself (doing well). I'm no expert so my suggestions are just generalized: Can you vary the food you are offering? Mine are tank bred (if that matters) and I've been varying their food between regular tropical flake, a flake food mix my dad gave me, and then also hikari first bites. Mine are pretty small yet however and in a bare tank.

Maybe a live food if available?

What are your tank parameters? Does the fish look sick, or just starved? What kinds of food are you feeding them? Try different foods, flake, frozen worms or shrimp, live worms or shrimp, small pellets. Without more information that's all I can suggest.
