I ordered on the 6th in the evening. I hoped I made the cut. Guess my fishes are in the dark 1 more day. My t5 ho fixture bulb burned out and I'm not getting another. Right now they're being lit wit a 24" coralife t5no on my 55

What if I don't want to use CO2? Then would it be too much?

My tank is 12 inches high. That would be a par of about 60. Will that be OK or too much light?

that sounds like medium light to me. no need for co2 injection but the par naturally will diminish once the plant density increases over time due to shading.

Just got notice today that mine's on it's way! I'm so excited! I ordered on the 3rd. I have 19" high tank and I'm hoping it won't be too much light where I'll need co2. I want about medium light.

Mine arrived this morning. Wish I had a par meter to see what I'm getting.

Thanks! Just saw this reply. I have no idea what I want to plant but I have heard I should heavily plant from the beginning so with that in mind, I will be looking for easy, low light plants. Would love suggestions about where and what to buy. I saw the online Liveaquaria has package deals. May try that route.
