Question Does this fit in a canopy?

Our new 48", 135 gal. DSA tank with a canopy (about 8" outside height) just arrived yesterday. Tank is 48.5L x 24.5D x 27.5H.

And, I've read through Lowe's earlier "what about..." thread here on the planted+ as it was being finalized. So I've been looking to order when it became available.

BUT, first i need to know does it fit/can it be fitted into a canopy like ours? Thanks!

Nice discount. I just ordered one.

Are they guaranteed to be shipped mid November?

Just ordered the 36" planted plus for my 46 gallon bow front which will be mainly low tech. What do you think I will be able to grow with this light and no CO2. Using eco-complete and probably Seachem flourish to start. Have typical hard water but not terrible and ph runs about 7.8.

I'm about to order a 36 inch to put towards the back of my 46G, and a 30 inch on the front lid(that lifts). Currently I have a 36 inch fugeray, and will be moving that to a 40B(that is going to just have low light plants). I would estimate total coverage wise, the regular fugeray, is low coverage in the front, and medium directly under it. I figure with two I should be comfortably in the medium to medium-high range.

I did try some swords in that tank, but that tank just has regular aquarium gravel, so yeah going to go with just stem plants this time.

So Lizzie, to answer your question, I guess I would have to see what you plan plant wise to have in there, but anything that requires just low to medium-low should be okay.
