Hi all,

I just found this board and thought I would join.

I generally go to a couple of other boards, one located in England and one from Austrailia.

Its nice to find such a good site located in the U.S.

I live in in Joshua Tree which is in the southern Mojave Desert in Southern California.

I grow cactus as a living and last year I got back into fish keeping, being a nurseryman and landscaper, I of course got into the idea of having aquascaped tanks with lots of plants.

I will start a thread in the Photo Album so you can see what I have.

Welcome to the wet side of life. Glad to have you drop in. I saw your tanks pics, they have a nice start, don't forget to post more pics as they fill in.

Do you grow mesembs?

No, I don't grow mesembs, I don't have a greenhouse and it gets to cold for them here in the HI Desert.

I've added a couple more pics to my Photo Album thread.

I gotta' say the U.K. and Austrailian sites were a lot more friendly.
