It is a rotala. I think it is the one they call butterfly.

I think it is actually ' macrandra " but I could be wrong.

Okay but please note that I have seen this plant look just like the plant in this post

But it doesn't look just like it. The plant pictured here definitely falls within the range of variation for rotundifolia but not macrandra.

Well I am sure you know better than I do.
My point is that it does look just like it at times depending on the conditions it is grown in. I thought for a long time I had two different plants but I don't think that anymore. I think I do have some growing emersed at this point. It does look like rotundofolia.

Long leaves and particularly the way its bending is a typical hra sign.
